On 9 September 1997, BC TEL filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 3688, amended by TN 3688A dated 9 October 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 300, Affinity North America Plan, pertaining to the rate structure for Calling Card calls.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Orders CRTC 97-1375 dated 26 September 1997 and 97-1558 dated 27 October 1997.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
