On 3 October 1997, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item 4130, Digital Network Access - OC-3, to introduce a local digital access facility at 155 megabits per second.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order.
