On 24 October 1997, Cogeco Cable Canada Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice 1B, for approval of tariff revisions to provide Internet Access Service (IAS) on its Alma and St-Hyacinthe systems as well as one month of subscription free to the IAS for the period of 24 November 1997 to 23 November 1998.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 24 November 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
