On 6 October 1997, Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to: (a) waive the multi-element service charges for Custom Calling Features, Call Management Services, Call Answer Service and Touch Tone Telephone Sets during the period of 1 December 1997 to 31 December 1997; and (b) offer the first month of the subscribed service at no charge.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 December 1997 are approved.
