On 21 October 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 515, introducing a promotional campaign to waive the program charges for Advantage 900 programs offered by non-profit organizations that are not registered charitable organizations.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 20 November 1997 are approved.
