On 15 October 1997, MTS NetCom Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2140, proposing to enhance Direct Inward Dialing (DID) by offering more choices in the size of the block of numbers in which DID is available.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 17 November 1997 are approved.
