Telecom Order CRTC 97-1606

On 26 August 1997, MTS NetCom Inc. filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 289, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2385, introducing First Rate for Business, a message toll savings plan, amended by TN 289A dated 16 September 1997 changing the name of this service to Business Cents.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Orders CRTC 97-1311 dated 11 September 1997 and 97-1356 dated 25 September 1997.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
