On 7 October 1997, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to International Leased Services Tariff to introduce a promotion for its Globesat and Globestream customers by which every new order placed in November and December 1997 for these two services will bring a 10% discount for one year.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 6 November 1997 are approved.
