On 16 October 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor carriers, an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 541A.

On 16 October 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor carriers, an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 541A. On 26 September 1997, TN 541 was granted interim approval under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1376.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

TN 541A is granted interim approval and the company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within 2 business days.
