On 17 September 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 310, reflecting a decrease in the monthly rates for the Montréal to Toronto, the Montréal to Québec City, and the Montréal to Ottawa cross sections for High Capacity 45 service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
