On 1 August 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed an application requesting that the Commission withdraw its approval of Amendment 12 to Schedule F of the Interconnection and Operating Agreement between the Stentor member companies and Teleglobe Canada Inc. (Teleglobe).

1. The Commission approved Amendment 12 to the Interconnection and Operating Agreement in Telecom Order CRTC 97-1003, 21 July 1997.

2. Teleglobe filed comments dated 7 August 1997 with regard to the application, stating that it had no objection to the requested withdrawal.

3. The Commission withdraws approval of Amendment 12 as it pertains to Schedule F of the Interconnection and Operating Agreement.
