Telecom Order CRTC 97-1495
On 24 September 1997, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff Item F-1200(l), providing for two optical fibres between two customer premises in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 24 October 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
