On 3 September 1997, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Section 3.02, introducing a new consumer long distance savings plan for single-line residential and business customers called "Service Complicité Plus".

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 November 1997 are approved.
