Telecom Order CRTC 97-1445

On 19 September 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada, an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 523A, for approval of tariff revisions amending TN 523.

1. On 29 August 1997, Stentor TN 523 was granted interim approval under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1212 with an effective date of 1 September 1997.

2. Stentor requested that the amendments be approved to coincide with the effective date of TN 523.
|
3. The Commission is of the view that Stentor's request is acceptable.
|
4. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

TN 523A is granted interim approval with the proposed changes to come into effect in conjunction with TN 523. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days.
