On 11 August 1997, BC TEL filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions.
|

1. The Commission considers that ambiguity embodied in certain of the proposed tariff amendments could result in unjust discrimination contrary to section 27(2) of the Telecommunications Act.
|
2. In light of the foregoing the Commission orders that the proposed tariff revisions be denied. The company is directed to provide an abridged copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within 2 business days.
