Telecom Order CRTC 97-1387

On 28 August 1997, Bell Canada filed an application under Tariff Notice 6091, amended by Tariff Notice 6091A dated 9 September 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 60, requesting a four-party exception for the Blenheim, Dresden, Highgate, Ridgetown and Tilbury, Ontario exchanges until 19 March 1999 due to facility shortages.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 19 October 1997 are approved.
