WHEREAS the Commission notes that Bell Canada considers that these applications are acceptable;
|
WHEREAS the Commission is of the view that the application meets the Commission's evidentiary requirements as set out in Decision 92-12 and Applications for Contribution Exemptions, Telecom Decision CRTC 93-2, 1 April 1993; and
|
WHEREAS the Commission considers each of the affidavits to be a separate application -
|
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
|
1. CALL FOR LESS' application dated 22 October 1996 for the Ajax Centrex system for single-hop circuits is approved effective the date of the application and effective the date of installation for the administrative circuits.
|
2. CALL FOR LESS application dated 22 October 1996 for the Bethany Centrex system for single-hop circuits is approved effective the date of the application and effective the date of installation for the administrative circuits.

3. CALL FOR LESS' application dated 18 October 1996 for the Brampton Centrex system for single-hop circuits is approved effective the date of the application and effective the date of installation for the administrative circuits.
