On 28 August 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc., on behalf of and with the concurrence of MTS NetCom Inc., filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 502, for a "30 Minutes Free" promotion applicable to Advantage TeleconferencingTM service from 1 October 1997 to 31 December 1997.
