Telecom Order CRTC 97-1366

On 2 May 1997, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff - Basic Services, providing for the introduction of Item 505, an optional message toll plan for residential customers.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 16 May 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-652.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
