Telecom Order CRTC 97-1351

On 5 September 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 506B.

1. On 20 August 1997, Stentor TNs 506 and 506A (TNs 506/A), to become effective on 1 September 1997, were granted interim approval under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1148.
|
2. Stentor requested that the proposed amendment be approved to coincide with the effective date of TNs 506/A.
|
3. The Commission is of the view that the Stentor's request is acceptable.
|
4. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
|
TN 506B is granted interim approval with the proposed changes to come into effect in conjunction with TNs 506/A. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
