IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Teleglobe Canada Inc. under Tariff Notice 474 dated 9 January 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to International Globedirect Service Tariff (CRTC 9012) and International Globeaccess Service Tariff (CRTC 9015), expanding the Globe800 and Globeaccess800 services to Saudi Arabia, Grenada and the Netherlands Antilles.
