Telecom Order CRTC 97-1349

On 11 August 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited (NBTel) filed application for approval of new charges to General Tariff Item 140.2, Directory Assistance Service.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 29 August 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1203.

2. The Commission received comments from AT&T Canada Long Distance Services Company on 15 August 1997 and NBTel's reply on 3 September 1997.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
