IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Teleglobe Canada Inc. under Tariff Notice 473 dated 9 January 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to the International Leased Services Tariff (CRTC 9100), proposing the addition of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Uganda to the Globesat service and adding Vancouver as a service access point for Globesat service to Rwanda.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 8 February 1997 are approved.
