On 13 August 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor carriers, an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions amending Tariff Notice (TN) 501.

1. On 8 August 1997 Stentor TN 501 was granted interim approval under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1087, amended by Telecom Order CRTC 97-1087-1.
|
|
2. Stentor requested that the proposed changes come into effect on the same date as proposed in TN 501.
|
|
3. The Commission is of the view that Stentor's request is acceptable.
|
|
4. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
|
|
TN 501A is granted interim approval with the proposed changes to come into effect in conjunction with TN 501. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
