On 16 July 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of the federally-regulated members of Stentor Canadian Network Management, an application for approval of the following executed revised Schedules: (a) Amendment 1 and Revised Page 1 to the Interconnection and Service Agreement with Alascom, Inc. (Alascom); (b) Schedule "A", Stentor Canadian Network Management Member Company Data, to the Interconnection and Service Agreement with Alascom; (c) Schedule "B", Canada-United States Message Toll Service, to the Interconnection and Service Agreement with Alascom; (d) Schedule "C", Alaska International Toll-Free Service, to the Interconnection and Service Agreement with Alascom; and (e) Schedule "D", Canada-Hawaii Message Toll Service, to the Interconnection and Service Agreement with GTE Hawaiian Telephone Company Incorporated.
