Telecom Order CRTC 97-1104
On 1 April 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc., on behalf of and with the concurrence of MTS NetCom Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc., filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 203, Message Toll Services, providing for a promotion waiving the applicable service charges associated with the installation of new Advantage Toll-free numbers to existing facilities, from 1 May 1997 to 31 October 1997.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 25 April 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-561.
2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
