IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by the Ontario Telephone Association under Tariff Notice 25 dated 20 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions to modify the Terms of Service regarding customer cash deposits interest to become consistent with Bell Canada.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
