Telecom Order CRTC 97-1012
On 3 July 1997, Bell Canada filed an application under Tariff Notice 6043, amended by Tariff Notice 6043A dated 8 July 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Assembly Tariff Item F-1025(f), providing for four optical fibres between two customer premises in Montréal, Quebec.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 25 July 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
