On 3 July 1997, Bell Canada filed an application under Tariff Notice 6041, amended by Tariff Notice 6041A dated 9 July 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff, providing for a Magellen Access Switch type 6X arrangement located at the company's Kuujjuak central office.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 4 August 1997 are approved.
