Tourism Industry Association of the Yukon

Revocation
1. The Tourism Industry Association of the Yukon has requested the revocation of its licences for the radio programming undertakings CKYN-FM Beaver Creek, CKYN-FM-1 Carcross, CKYN-FM-2 Dawson City, CKYN-FM-3 Dawson City (Solomon Dome), CKYN-FM-4 Haines Junction, CKYN-FM-5 Watson Lake and CKYN-FM-6 Whitehorse.
2. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licences issued to Tourism Industry Association of the Yukon for the above-mentioned undertakings.
This decision is to be appended to each licence.
