Columbia Electoral Area 'A' Television Rebroadcasting Society

Revocation

1. The Columbia Electoral Area 'A' Television Rebroadcasting Society has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Horse Creek.
|
|
2. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Columbia Electoral Area 'A' Television Rebroadcasting Society for the above-mentioned undertaking.

|
3. The Commission notes that the community of Horse Creek is within the coverage area of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking at Nicholson.
|
|
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
