1. Médiavation inc. has requested the revocation of its radio network licence for the purpose of broadcasting the hockey games of the Rafales de Québec of the International Hockey League.
|
|
2. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Médiavation inc. for the above-mentioned radio network.
|
|
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
