Hamlet of Coppermine (Coppermine Recreation Committee)

Revocation
|
1. The Hamlet of Coppermine (Coppermine Recreation Committee) has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Kugluktuk (formerly Coppermine).
|
2. The licensee has stated that it is no longer providing television rebroadcasting services to the community of Kugluktuk.
|
3. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to the Hamlet of Coppermine (Coppermine Recreation Committee) for the above-mentioned undertaking.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
