Correction
1. In Decision CRTC 97-560 dated 26 September 1997, the Commission approved applications by the Partners of Viewer's Choice Canada, a general partnership, for authority to transfer their interest held in Canal Indigo from the Partners of Viewer's Choice Canada to a corporation to be known as Viewer's Choice Canada Inc.
2. As a result of these transactions, the Commission noted that it would issue new licences to the French-language pay-per-view service and the French-language direct-to-home pay-per-view service undertakings licenced to Canal Indigo.
3. The expiry date for the licence term of the pay-per-view undertaking was given as 31 August 2001. That expiry date should have read 31 August 2002.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
