Addition of WFFF-TV (FOX)

1. Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-75 dated 4 June 1997, the Commission approves the licensee's request for authority to distribute the programming service of WFFF-TV (FOX) Burlington, Vermont, on a discretionary tier of the undertakings serving the above-noted localities, instead of the signal of WUHF-TV (FOX) Rochester, New York, currently authorized.

2. The licensee is authorized to receive this signal over the air, or from any licensed or exempted Canadian broadcasting distribution undertaking authorized to provide signals to other broadcasting distribution undertakings. The Commission notes that the applicant plans to receive this signal over the air.

|
3. The Commission is satisfied that approval of this application will not have any significant impact on the advertising revenues of local broadcasters.
|
|
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
