Licence amendment

|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-86 dated 7 July 1997, the Commission approves the application by Your Channel Television Inc. (You: Your Channel), licensee of the national English-language programming undertaking (Specialty Television Service) known as Life Network, to amend its condition of licence relating to advertising material by adding the following subsection thereto:

4.(e) In addition to the twelve minutes of advertising material referred to in subsection (a), the licensee may broadcast partisan political advertising material during an election period.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
