Revocation
1. Câblo-Saguenay inc. has requested the revocation of its licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Ferland.
2. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Câblo-Saguenay inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
3. The Commission notes that no further action is required with respect to application no. 199612015 submitted by Câblo-Saguenay inc. for the renewal of this licence which was announced in Public Notice CRTC 1996-154 dated 13 December 1996.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
