|
Temiscaming Chamber of Commerce has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking, CFCH-TV-1 serving Temiscaming.
|
|
In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Temiscaming Chamber of Commerce for the above-mentioned undertaking.
