New radiocommunication distribution undertaking
|
|
1. Following a Public Hearing in Toronto beginning on 26 May 1997, the Commission approves the application for a broadcasting licence to carry on a radiocommunication distribution undertaking consisting of low-power television transmitters to serve Hobbema.
|
|
2. Subject to the requirements of this decision, the Commission will issue a licence to Samson Management Ltd.,doing business under the name and style of Cree Communications Group, expiring 31 August 2003. This licence will be subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.

|
3. This undertaking will distribute, in encrypted mode, the following programming services:

Allarcom Pay Television Limited (SuperChannel)
The Sports Network (TSN) The Nashville Network (TNN) WXYZ-TV (ABC) Detroit, Michigan WTVS (PBS) Detroit WDIV (NBC) Detroit WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio |

4. The licensee is authorized to distribute these services on channels 19, 21, 25, 27, 29, 33 and 35, each with a transmitter power of 20 watts.
