1. Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-59 dated 16 May 1997, the Commission approves the application to change the licensed area for the cable distribution undertaking serving Québec by excluding an area located southwest of Saint-Damien-de-Buckland, encompassing the Municipality of Saint-Malachie.

2. The Commission notes that service was never provided to this area.
|
|
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
