Licence amendment
|
1. Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-51 dated 2 May 1997, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking CBCY-TV-1 Burns Lake, by increasing the effective radiated power of the transmitter from 155.7 watts to 311 watts.
|
2. The licensee has indicated that the increase in power will alleviate the reception problems caused by hydro power line noise interference.
|
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
