Decision

Ottawa, 23 April 1997
Decision CRTC 97-155
O.K. Radio Group Ltd.
Grande Prairie, Alberta - 199700274
Decrease in power for CFGP-FM
Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-15 dated 14 February 1997, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CFGP-FM Grande Prairie by decreasing the effective radiated power from 70,000 watts to 66,000 watts.
The Commission notes that the reduction reflects the "as-built" transmitting facilities which are slightly different from those proposed in the application for a licence to operate CFGP-FM. The Commission further notes that there is no significant change in the service area approved in Decision CRTC 96-11 dated 16 January 1996.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.

Secretary General
