Extension of construction deadline
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-145 dated 8 November 1996, the Commission approves the application by Laurentien Câble TV inc. to delete the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking serving the above-noted localities and substituting therefor:

It is a condition of licence that the construction of the area located northwest of Buckingham along Highway 309 be completed and that this area be in operation on or before 10 April 1997.
|

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
