|
Gold Star Communications Inc. has requested the revocation of its licence for the English-language radio network for the purposes of broadcasting "Hitline USA". The licensee has indicated that this program is no longer in production.

In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Gold Star Communications Inc. for the above-mentioned network.
