Extension of construction deadline

Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-4 dated 10 January 1997, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking authorized to serve the surrounding area of Notre-Dame-du-Nord by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:

It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 17 June 1997.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
