STENTOR - INTRODUCTION OF DS-3 ACCESS SERVICE

Reference: Tariff Notice 288
|
The Commission has received an application from Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor), dated 19 April 1996, for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Items 301(Digital Network Access), 302 (Megaroute Service), 303 (Megastream Service) and 308 (Access Special Routing) to reflect the introduction of DS-3 access service.

PROCEDURE

1. Stentor's application may be examined at the offices of the CRTC in the following locations:

3. Parties wishing to comment with regard to Stentor's application (interveners) may do so by writing to Mr. Allan J. Darling, Secretary General, CRTC, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0N2, fax: (819) 953-0795 by 2 July 1996. A copy is to be served on Stentor at the address noted above by the same date.

4. Stentor may file a reply to any comments, serving copies on interveners by 15 July 1996.

5. In addition to hard copy filings, parties are encouraged to file with the Commission electronic versions of their submissions in accordance with the Commission's Interim Telecom Guidelines for the Handling of Machine-Readable Files, dated 30 November 1995. 6. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely mailed, by that date.
