PRINCE RUPERT CITY TELEPHONES - LOCAL RATE INCREASES
 Reference: Tariff Notice 10
 The Commission has received an application from Prince Rupert City Telephones (Prince Rupert), dated 12 March 1996, for approval of tariff revisions providing for local rate increases of $1.14 and $2.70 per month for residence and business primary exchange services respectively and increases of $4.75 and $5.90 to the Business Overline and PBX trunk line rates respectively.
 In a letter dated 1 May 1996, the Commission addressed interrogatories to Prince Rupert. The company was asked to respond by 21 May 1996.
 The application may be examined at Prince Rupert's business office or at the offices of the CRTC, Room 201, Central Building, Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, 1 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Quebec or 800 Burrard Street, Suite 1380, Vancouver, British Columbia. A copy of Prince Rupert's application may be obtained by any interested person upon request directed to Prince Rupert at the address shown below.

 All documents to be filed or served by a specific date must be actually received, not merely mailed, by that date.
