Transfer of control
|
|
Consistent with the procedures outlined in Public Notice CRTC 1992-72 dated 2 November 1992 entitled "A Review of the CRTC's Regulations and Policies for Radio", the Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A96-0074 dated 18 June 1996, the transfer of control of Portage-Delta Broadcasting Company Ltd., licensee of radio programming undertaking CFRY and its transmitter CFRY-1-FM Portage La Prairie, through the transfer of 14,999 common voting shares from Richard Digby Hughes to Richard Dixon Hughes.
