The Commission has received the following application:
ONTARIO REGION
1.  PORT BRUCE/COPENHAGEN, Ontario
Application (199606240) by AGI CABLEVISION INC. (formerly East Elgin Cable T.V. Limited), 555 Talbot Street East, Aylmer, Ontario, N5H 2W1, to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Port Bruce/Copenhagen as follows:
a) by authorizing the licensee to interconnect its cable distribution undertaking through the use of optical fibre with its (cable) distribution undertaking serving Aylmer/Springfield undertaking (a class 2 system);
b) by adding a distant head-end to interconnect the Port Bruce/Copenhagen undertaking to the Aylmer/Springfield head-end; and
c) by adding WJKW-TV (Fox) Cleveland, Ohio and WEWS-TV (ABC), Erie, Pennsylvania which will duplicate WJET-TV (ABC) Erie, Pennsylvania already authorized to be distributed in Port Bruce/Copenhagen.

·  your intervention should clearly identify the application and indicate whether you support or oppose the application, or if you propose changes to it, with facts and grounds therefor. In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of the hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
Your intervention will be considered by the Commission, and will form part of the public record of the proceeding without further notification to you, provided the procedure set out above has been followed. You will be contacted only if your submission raises procedural questions.
