Application (199600610) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking serving Houston, by increasing the effective radiated power of CBCY-TV from 146.6 to 293 watts.
|
The Corporation states that the proposed power increase will improve the reliability as well as the quality of CBCY-TV's signal throughout its service area.

Application (199602785) by COLUMBIA ELECTORAL AREA "A" TELEVISION REBROADCASTING SOCIETY, P.O. Box 2663, Golden, British Columbia, V0A 1H0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking serving Parson, as follows:

a) by changing the channel for the distribution of CHAN-TV (CTV) Vancouver, British Columbia, from 4 to 7;
|
b) by changing the frequency from 105.1 MHz to 92.7 MHz and the effective radiated power from 49 to 13.5 watts for the distribution of CFMI-FM New Westminster, British Columbia;
|
c) by adding two low power television and one low power radio transmitters to provide, in non-encrypted mode, the following programming services:
